As Kombi Cakes is a home-based registered kitchen we are not open to the public, there are a few ways to order with Kombi Cakes

For custom cakes sending photos is great and very helpful in the design process, these will be used as inspiration for your cake as we do not directly copy another designer’s work.

Once we have provided you with a quote and it is accepted, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking, with full payment due 10 days prior to your event. For bookings made with less than 10 days notice, full payment will be required upfront.

We do not make tentative bookings. Bookings are only confirmed once a quote is received and the deposit is paid. 

For all other custom cakes and other delights, we typically require 1-2 weeks notice, however this is subject to availability.

If your cake incorporates any form of fondant, it is best left in its box in a cool, dark area with plenty of airflow, not in the fridge. If you have a butter-creamed cake, feel free to store this in the fridge but allow time for the cake to come to room temperature once removed approximately 2 hours.

Kombi Cakes do cater to most dietary requirements, we would not recommend our products for coeliacs as we use allergens in our kitchen.

Although every precaution is taken, we cannot guarantee that the product doesn’t contain traces of gluten.
We use ingredients containing gluten, wheat, dairy (milk/milk products) and eggs. As products are made in our home kitchen, traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, and soy may also be present. 

Kombi Cakes follows a strict process between baking and decorating products containing allergens and allergy-friendly products.
This includes thorough washing and sanitizing of all equipment with council-approved products. We also store ingredients separately to prevent cross-contamination.
